Angel Wing Health, LLC — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By visiting angelwinghealth.com, joining our email or text list, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

"Angel Wing Health," "we," "us," and "our" mean Angel Wing Health, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company based in Pinedale, Wyoming. "You" means any person who visits the site or uses our services. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a service or join our list.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Our Services

Angel Wing Health offers three kinds of services, each described on the site or in your enrollment materials:

1:1 programs: individual coaching, such as the Energy Reset Program, delivered by a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), including review of your health history, lab results, and an individualized plan.
Group programs: cohort-based programs, such as Eat Right for YOUR Body, delivered through group calls, materials, and community support.
Functional lab testing: at-home test kits (for example, stool, saliva, urine, or dried blood spot) ordered through third-party laboratories and reviewed with you as part of a program.

We also offer a free educational MasterClass, "Still Tired, Even Though You're Doing Everything Right?", and other programs as they are created. Program length, format, and what is included are set out in your enrollment materials. We may change program details, schedules, or formats with reasonable notice, and we may reschedule sessions when needed.

Laboratory testing is performed by independent third-party labs. We are not responsible for lab turnaround times, shipping delays, or lab errors, though we will help you resolve them with the lab. Some states restrict direct-to-consumer lab testing, so certain tests may not be available where you live.

3. Educational Purposes Only; Not Medical Advice

Everything on our site, emails, social media, podcasts, videos, and program materials is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.

Angel Wing Health does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our practitioners are Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioners, not physicians, and we do not practice medicine, prescribe or adjust medications, or provide psychotherapy. Functional lab results are used to educate and guide nutrition and lifestyle choices, not to diagnose disease.

Please keep the following in mind:

Talk with your physician or other licensed provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, or lifestyle, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.
Never stop or change medication or treatment without first consulting your prescribing or attending medical team.
Do not delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something you read, heard, or learned from us.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Statements on our site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Client stories and testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not guarantees, and your results may differ. We do not promise or guarantee any specific health outcome.

4. No Practitioner-Client Relationship Until Enrollment

Visiting our site, reading our content, joining our email or text list, downloading a free resource, registering for a MasterClass or event, or messaging us does not create a practitioner-client relationship.

A practitioner-client relationship begins only when you complete enrollment in a 1:1 or group program, any required agreements are signed, and payment is received. Until then, we are not providing individualized recommendations, and you should not rely on any communication from us as personal guidance.

5. Payments, Lab Orders, and Refunds

Payment. Prices and payment options are shown at checkout or in your enrollment materials. Payment is due at enrollment unless a payment plan is offered in writing. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full card details. If a payment plan payment fails, we may pause services until the balance is current.

Lab orders. Functional lab testing is ordered shortly after purchase, typically within 24 hours. Test kits are ordered on your behalf from third-party laboratories, and we commit to non-refundable costs at that moment.

Refunds before labs are ordered. If you request a refund in writing before your labs are ordered, and within 24 hours of purchase, whichever comes first, we will refund your payment in full, less the credit card or payment processing fees we were charged. Send refund requests to info@angelwinghealth.com.

No refunds once labs are ordered. Once your labs have been ordered, or 24 hours have passed since purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. This applies to the full program price, including program time reserved for you and the coaching that follows your results.

All programs include lab testing. Functional lab testing is the foundation of every program we offer, so the refund terms above apply to every purchase.

Missed sessions. Missed sessions are not refunded. A session you miss, or cancel without giving us notice at least 24 hours before the appointment, counts toward your total number of sessions. When you give at least 24 hours' notice, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Missed group calls are not refunded.

Session expiration. All purchased sessions must be used within the time frame of your program, typically 12 months for 1:1 programs and 16 weeks for group programs. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and are no longer owed to you. We may extend an expiration date on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks. Please contact us first if you have a billing concern. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it before you dispute a charge with your bank.

6. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on a form on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Angel Wing Health, LLC under the terms below.

Program names. Still Tired, Even Though You're Doing Everything Right? (free MasterClass), Eat Right for YOUR Body, and Energy Reset Program.

Types of messages. Registration confirmations, reminders, and links to join events you registered for; appointment reminders and scheduling messages; follow-ups; and occasional program announcements and special offers.

Message frequency. Up to 3 messages per week in the lead-up to an appointment or event. When no appointment or event is coming up soon, no more than 1 message per week, and likely fewer.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to all messages we send and you send to us.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again through our site or reply START.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@angelwinghealth.com or 307-231-1714.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy any program or service. Consent is voluntary.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://angelwinghealth.com/privacy-policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Health information. Please do not send sensitive health details by text. Text messages are not a secure channel, and they are not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give accurate and complete information about your health history, medications, and supplements, and to tell us promptly about any changes. You are responsible for your own health decisions and for following up with your physician as needed. You agree to use the lab kits and follow the sample collection instructions as provided. Incorrectly collected samples may produce unusable results, and retesting costs are your responsibility. Please treat other participants in group programs with respect and keep their shared information confidential.

8. Intellectual Property and Program Materials

All content on our site and in our programs, including text, graphics, recordings, handouts, protocols, and program names, belongs to Angel Wing Health, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own education. You may not copy, resell, share, record, post, or distribute our materials, or group call recordings and other participants' content, without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification

No warranties. Our site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that our services will meet your expectations or produce a particular result.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Angel Wing Health, LLC and its owner, practitioners, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Angel Wing Health, LLC and its owner, practitioners, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, services, or program materials.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site or services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Where the law allows, claims must be filed within one year after they arise.

11. General Terms and Contact

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program enrollment agreement you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Angel Wing Health, LLC. If they conflict, a signed enrollment agreement controls for that program.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
